Benedikt Koch

Dr Benedikt Koch has sat on the Board of Directors of the Helsana Group since 2016 and has served as its Vice Chair since 2022. In this capacity, he is a member of the Executive, Compensation and Nomination Committee and the Digitalization Committee. He also represents the employer on the board of the Helsana Insurance Company Ltd. provident fund.

Benedikt Koch heads key functions such as finance, the pension fund and digitisation at the Anliker Group, an Emmenbrücke-based real estate and construction firm. He was Director of the Swiss Builders’ Association from 2016 to 2022. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Infra Suisse for nine years and, from 2002 to 2006, he held various positions at Batigroup AG (which later became Implenia Schweiz AG).

Benedikt Koch studied Agricultural Economics and received his Doctorate in Technical Sciences from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH).
