Prof. Michèle F. Sutter-Rüdisser has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2020, and, in this capacity, serves as a member of the Investment Committee.

Michèle F. Sutter-Rüdisser holds a Doctorate in Economics. In 2018, she was appointed Adjunct Professor in Organisational Control and Governance by the University of St. Gallen (HSG). She has been the Director of the Institute for Law & Economics at the University of St. Gallen since 2022. Since 2011, she has held a teaching position at the School of Management at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan. Previously, she was a Visiting Professor at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), a Senior Assistant at the University of Zurich and a Visiting Scholar in the Department of Business Strategy and Policy at Tsinghua University in Beijing, P.R. China. In addition, Michèle F. Sutter-Rüdisser is involved in various international research projects.
