Yves Cuendet

Yves Cuendet has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Helsana Group since 2014, and serves as a member of the Investment Committee in this capacity. He also represents the employer on the board of the Helsana Insurance Company Ltd. provident fund.

Yves Cuendet is a self-employed consultant for the strategic and organisational orientation of SMEs. Previously, he was a member of the Swiss management of Aon Corp. Prior to this, he worked for the André Group and its affiliated companies in Switzerland and abroad for 18 years in various roles, most recently as Secretary General.

Yves Cuendet graduated from HEC Lausanne with a Master of Science in Economics.
