Tobias Lux announced as Helsana Group’s next Head of Corporate Communications

The Helsana Group is happy to announce the appointment of Tobias Lux as its next Head of Corporate Communications. He will start his new job on 2 December 2024, and be responsible for internal and external communications.

Tobias Lux (50) is taking charge of the Helsana Group’s corporate communications as of 2 December 2024. In this position, he and his team will be the main point of contact for members of the media, and represent the company in its dealings with the media and the general public. He will also bear editorial responsibility for the annual report, the sustainability report, the health policy-related “Standpunkt” publications and the Healthcare and Drug Report. Tobias Lux is taking over from current Head of Corporate Communications Can Arikan, who has had a defining influence on Helsana’s communications over the last five and a half years. Mr Arikan has decided to seek out a new direction and take on a new challenge outside the company. Helsana would like to thank him for his many years of commitment, and wishes him all the best for the future.

Tobias Lux was previously in charge of communications for the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). In this role, he acted as the authority’s media spokesperson and was responsible for internal and external communications. Before that, Mr Lux, who is originally from Basel, worked as the Deputy Head of Communications for the Swiss Federal Banking Commission (SFBC), as a PR consultant for an agency, and as a communications analyst for UBS.
