Thanks to our partnership with Zur Rose, you can use Medi+ to have free access to all the online pharmacy’s digital medication and prescription services. For this, your medication data is transferred from myHelsana to Medi+ in encrypted format. Activate the service now and benefit from practical features like the dose schedule and the savings potential calculator for generic medication.
If you activate Medi+ in myHelsana, all of your invoiced medications will automatically be transmitted to Zur Rose in encrypted form. This is a straightforward way to keep a digital record of your list of medications in Medi+ and to calculate your savings potential.
Your feedback will help us to improve and develop our digital services for you.
The responses you give to our survey will be anonymous, and will be processed in accordance with Helsana’s strict data protection regulations.
Medi+ is a web-based service from Zur Rose Suisse AG that supports different features for managing and taking medication. Helsana Group basic insurance policyholders can opt to use Medi+ voluntarily and free of charge. The service is also available in the Zur Rose app.
You can activate Medi+ via the myHelsana client portal. There, you can consent electronically to the transfer of your invoiced medication data to Medi+. You will then be forwarded to the Zur Rose website, where you can create a new account or connect your existing account.
In order to use Medi+, you must hold a basic insurance policy with Helsana. If you only have a supplementary insurance policy with Helsana, you cannot gain access to Medi+ through Helsana. You also need a myHelsana account to transfer your medication data. During the onboarding process, you will also set up a Zur Rose account (if you do not already have one).
Once you give your consent via myHelsana, Helsana will transmit your medication data to Zur Rose electronically. This saves you the effort of manually entering the data in Medi+. The first time, Helsana will transfer the medication data from the benefit statements submitted by you over the last six months. Then, each subsequent time you log into your customer account, any new medication data will be transferred.
The data is transmitted via a secure, encrypted connection. Your data will be held by Zur Rose on servers in Switzerland. Data protection provisions will be complied with. You can find more information in Zur Rose’s Privacy Policy (in German).
With Medi+ you benefit from the following services:
Customers with a prescription on file at Zur Rose can also reorder medication directly online.
Medi+ is available free of charge to all customers who hold a basic insurance policy with Helsana.
