First-rate customer service: Helsana ranked first by the Swiss Industry Monitor 2024

Repeating its success story from 2023, Helsana has once again been awarded “1st place for Customer Service” in the health insurance sector this year. The Swiss Industry Monitor awarded Helsana an excellent score for hospital insurance. The health insurer was awarded top marks for customer satisfaction, and came in second for customer service. The Swiss Industry Monitor conducts one of the most extensive analyses of Swiss consumer satisfaction with local companies.

Rated “Very good” for customer satisfaction by moneyland.ch

Moneyland.ch awards Helsana 8 out of 10 points in the “General Satisfaction” and “Accessibility” categories. This score equates to a “Very good” rating. We also did well in the “Friendliness” category with 7.9 points. Moneyland.ch is an independent Swiss online comparison service for banks and insurance companies.

“Exceptional” rating for COMPLETA from VZ VermögensZentrum

The VZ VermögensZentrum has rated Helsana’s COMPLETA supplementary insurance as exceptionally good. Insurance premium prices and benefits are subject to constant testing by the VZ. The independent comparison test is conducted in collaboration with K-Tipp, Saldo, Bon à Savoir and Gesundheitstipp (date: October 2022).

Top rating for the scope of benefits offered by COMPLETA: moneyland.ch has awarded first place to Helsana’s supplementary insurance. The costs and benefits of outpatient supplementary insurance plans were analysed, and COMPLETA came out on top (as at July 2024). moneyland.ch is an independent Swiss online comparison service for insurers and banks.
